A delicate crepe, generously filled with silky blueberry compote and cream finished with a decadent dark chocolate drizzle — a sweet, indulgent finale.

Meet One Of The Artists
Allison Newsome is an award-winning sculptor and sustainability innovator who collaborates with individuals and institutions to create site-specific artworks that address the global climate crisis. Her work promotes resilience, engages communities, and advances climate justice through utility sculptures that harvest rainwater and solar energy. At this Sprout and Lentil event, Allison will be showcasing oil on paper studies for her new body of cast bronze sculptures along with her bronze work.
